1. zero work life balance 2. no recognition, you will be recognized if u will work 24/7 3. worst management ps: the above cons depends on client as our client was indian bank they were pathetic, some other projects are good in salesforce practice.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
