Best company.. where i will learn on multiple aspects. Free food, good environment, 5 days working (WFH for a day as per manager acceptance), ontime salary,leaves Holidays etc.

1. Location of Gurgaon office 2. Other Secondary Facility like food and beverages being arrange by the company itself. 3. Extra comfort level for middle management and who are favorite to their boss for them its like honeymoon period for others its like hell.

1. Very toxic environment which will affect your health, your work life balance badly. In fact their closing happens every end of the months for atleast for two weeks for 24 hrs. 2. Very less career growth opportunities, very slow decision making regarding any changes required for fast pacing the business , old mindset people influencing the company. Favouritism at its peak. Very few people are genuine and not corrupted in this organization. No one is bothered to know the ground realities either in middle management or higher management.

Management is unprofessional, unethical especially in their business conduct and handling human resources. This is possibly the only MNC which blackmail their employees at the threat of defamation and degradation of their position. This is also one of the few MNC's that illegally withholds hard earned salaries of their employees.
