Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Please don't join this company innocently You can't become successful company by making fake promises to employees. 1. Worst company and not trustworthy i have seen in my lifetime 2. They don't even pay joining bonus assured in appointment letter if you ask that they will fire you 3. This company won't release salary as stated inappointment letter 4. There is no job security in pericius technology co, i got laid off and not received F&F its been 3 months now. i had commitment based on my salary, i struggled this to take my son admission for 2nd class. I never experienced this in my 13 years service.
