Incompetent Managers! If you are willing to learn of your own you are good to go , Company and upper management is Very good , ASM's are incompetent just because they have served the company for long they have become Sales manager , Some sales manager cannot even read the mail properly as to what has been asked or reffered to in the mail.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
