Whole staff is given full salary & company arrange to pay electricity bill, telephone recharge for the staff who don't have online payment facility. On whats app group guided how to keep our self safe and to keep learning new skills- instead to get boring at home.

Opportunities r unlimited here, New development is always on the card, sufficient time is given to perform a task, Proprietor himself is BE (much) & carry lot of experience in various fields, hence guidelines is always ready when ever is required, sometimes even before raised.

Dislikes

When working under too much knowledgeable person, one always have to be on high alert, little bit off track work will be notice immediately. A lose talk/ idea will fired soon.

In presence of boss, I just do whatever, I am asked to,in absence do whatever boss do to run the organization.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
