Hi! I recently received an offer letter from MetLife for a Unit Manager role at the MetLife GOSC office. Offered CTC is 20 fixed plus 2 variable. Total 22LPA I need help deciding whether the salary offered by MetLife is good for a 10 years experience project manager role?
