Middle level management is the problem because all of them in the middle level are egoistic, to become an IPU they have stopped trusting their employees, they fire people on the basis of favouritism, they fire who objects, they want the same zeal from you after working for them for 4 years with no promotion and one increment of 11 %in 4 years. Company with one of the highest attrition rates in industry and HR won't even call you if you resign and will relieve you and find your replacement. HR is nothing more than a puppet, they don't do anything about high attrition rates, demotivation among employees, no growth of senior employees. I am sure if they found about me writing all this here, second month, I will be out of the system and HR won't even call me. Taking a risk to write it here but I have to give it back to the society, to make this place a better place of work. When they hire, they talk about exit interviews, I have not seen a single person being called by HR about their resignation. Pathetic!...Read More
