They Expects 20 hours work at a day but they will never accept the fact, work culture was really terrible , some of the seniors doesn't have the capacity to talk, enough to give a employee terrible trauma. Commitment issues were always there

It was great opportunity for me to work with this organisation. Both CEO and co founder are very talented yet grounded. They demonstrate true leadership skills and lead by example. A very encouraging and co operative work culture. HR is just 1 call/ message away from employees. Always helpful.

I only liked the fact that I got to learn YouTube channel management apart from just writing content.

I didn't like the work culture. They put pressure on only 1 person on shift. There is no backup if you fall sick or something comes unexpectedly. They expect you to work with complete perfection even in dire situations. Your reasons will be called excuses if you want to take leave or would not be able to log in on time, or you go offline for 5 minutes.
