There is no work-life balance. It's a 6 days working organization. They layoff employees on a sudden basis without any specific reason. There is huge work pressure. I didn't got any appraisal as well after a year.

It was good at the beginning but when the Covid 19 situation comes The Organisation showed us the real face. They just laid me off after performing better than their older employees as well. They promise to give benefits after laying off but at the month of June They paid us half of the salary and madeus work for whole month. After that I have to serve the notice period for July month where I had fulfilled all the targets and at the end they have not paid the salary for July also and promised us to give the half of the salary for the August month as a compensation for June salary. and now I have not received a single amount from them. They left us unpaid in this critical Covid 19 situation. They had promised us to give the incentive,15 days compensation for June month, Incentives for the Targets achieved.(Didn't get any of them) Worst Work Experience Ever....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
