It is worst company to work...if you join the company, you will realise that too early about the work culture and about people in the company.if u want peace in your life ,if u want to learn something don't go to this company any more. If any body tells there will be good career growth,for sure you will realise too early that are lies. Please choose accordingly. They will interview as per your skills ,but they will through you in different domain.for example if your trained on embedded systems nd embedded c they will trough you in Java team. If your skill set is Java or any CSS, bootstrap they will push you to .net or embedded team..I don't know why it is happening here. Please think wisely before joining....Read More

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
