There is nothing to like in the company firstly we cannot name that place as a company faking the people in the name of the company

There is damn company branch called Adoni. In the name of training they are making a scam by recruiting a lot of people and not intimating any info regarding the office location and accommodation they will provide. they are saying just we are giving the food and accommodation and stipend of 5k. But they didn't provided 5k no properaccommodation and food is the most horrible to eat. i am thinking it is PM modi internship but they are not mentioned about this to the interns but mentioned a name called mobility skill development in the offer letter and again offer letter is given to the interns after one and half month completion of the training.it is the worst office location and office building that i had seen in my life Coming to the training part the trainers do not know any basic fundamental structures of the coding languages which they are giving in the form training. They are the bench employees in that company so they came to the location. They are making the office environment as 10th class student environment. making the interns to fear in front of them like teacher and student but here the trainer do not have any knowledge. making a group in the interns and following the girls among interns. they don't know the basics but they are responsible for making a list of people for the fulltime because of this they are treating everyone with partiality even in the trainers the experienced guy is listening the words of his junior trainer who does not single thing later on i understood why they are in the adoni branch they had no potential in working so they are doing this kind of false work giving the salary is another scam they didn't provided one month stipend. They are eating the intern salary for the future films made by the CEO of that company. i think you will find the production company easily please please please donot enter to this false trap this company is involved in the ploitics of AP. that's why i had no guarantee to give a complaint on this in the samadhan portal but i will try definitely...Read More

There will be only one person in the entire team who handles the project and remaining people just stay calm and do gossips on the working person. If you are the only person who is talented in your team, no one will care for you. No option of giving work from home unless you have a cool manager. Your skill set is of no matter, join only if you believe you can learn and work on any given task. Never ever expect hikes, instead you can expect termination when ever you feel you wanted to be terminated. We have such people on the floor who can make this happen. Never over work if you are a fresher because one day your efforts will be credited to your team lead. TL says that he was the one who is been training you since X months. Note that no TL/employee has the capacity to train you, due to lack of communication skills and vocal power.
