When not in duty everyone including top management are very friendly. Company culture is good. Women safety and security is on high priority.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Random planning are made by top management which disturb field staffs to perform there duty efficiently. Career growth chances are also very less. Salary growth is also not there. TA/DA are not given on time. Internal politics is also very high. There is no work-life balance. Gets task and calls even at late night and early morning. Even many Sundays are also not speared. Does not fulfill the commitment of other people who work on commission for the company which makes field staff work more difficult....Read More
