The Company Owner is good. He understands the basic problems but management under him is worst.

The Director of the company is very selfish and a typical Gujarati. She has an accountant for her assistance who is also a Gujarati. She is busy in making her own profit by earning black money. She is very greedy. She will give you work on call at any time at the night and also will expect you to complete it in 10 minutes. Even if you do the work by exerting your efforts, she will point out some mistake and will scold you even late at night and she will keep this in mind at the time of appraisal.
