There are a lot of opportunity to grow the hydraulic business. Engineering receives a large volume of RFQ's. Pennar can also contribute metric units and imperial units.

Dislikes

Poor infrastructure and no near by suppliers and wrong supplier selection. Product price is not competitive, due to lack of process knowledge and domines kill sets. RFQ conversion rate is too low, due to higher price tag. Promising wrong delivery commitment dates and product quality is not up to the mark.
