Company has spent a lot for Employees training program, there is job Security, good work environment except. Office politics is sad, but thats everywhere.

Dislikes

There have been some very old staff.. who had control over the department, and played really bad politics which had affected many employees.. hopefully thats gone now!! otherwise its a very good company to work with..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
