Working in Peninsula Grand was tolerable because of the fun we can have in the kitchen department (even though we aren't from the same department). Always welcome, always ready to teach you or even let you get involved in the process. Always loved going to the kitchen and interacting with the chefs.
Dislikes
Not appreciative at all. Doesn't recognise quality ,talent and skill. Wants high quality labour with cheap package. Promises always and always go unfulfilled after extracting labour power. Lack of support for employees during unforseen circumstances. No integrity and ethical standards.

Work Details
Always hectic as i had to do multi tasking ranging from PC works to restaurant service to room service to clearance etc etc. Came through because i had some (only some) very professional,kind and funny colleagues.

It was very bad experience. My team was not good they were not cooperative. They always insulted in front of guest. They were bossing on me.
