Dislikes

maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential for the well-being of employees. Pelican should consider evaluating workloads and implementing measures to prevent excessive work hours. Although company has flexible working hours, and hybrid working schedule to WFH / office. So company has several positive aspects, there are areas that require attention and improvements.
