Existing and new customers across the globe good experience to newcomers Work pressure is high, but it feels secured as there is always work relating to product or projects

recently there were delays in salaries, but they are now catching up. ongoing customers and new projects work gives confidence that all promises made my management will be meet.

No salary on time , there are 3 teams not take names whose experience is not worth it, no use to work in those teams . completely waste of time .plus no salary work load is same as if salary is there no F&F after45 days .no credit of salary even after medical emergency. all the senior are working like donkey.

I started as a fresher and learned so much from this company and grown from a trainee to a Software Engineer. Open Environment Overall a good management and good working environment , HR team is very friendly and goes out of the way to help. Doing the testing times they were some minor issues but everything was updated and sorted

There seems to be some major problem with pelican.ai While I was working in pelican.ai and from the last year there were many salary delays taking place. I have quit the pelican and am waiting for a full and final settlement which was to be done within 45 days of exit. It is almost 90 days and I have not received it yet. When I mailed hr there was no reply from their side. After some enquiries I came to know that they have not paid their ex-employees fnf for the last one year. No proper learning of skills, seniors are also not that knowlegable and they try to suprress juniors. No promotion, average hike, performance bonus not given by them

Good company for freshers to learn and grow as they opportunity to work on every aspect of product.

Dislikes

There are no employee benefits unlike other companies. Lot of micro management be it the leads or delivery managers. Intense work pressure.Planning is not on the agenda.
