1-Company not working his own policy to develop his own business, and branding opposite closed his own potential branches. 2- Inexperienced management he have no long vision & planning, Fully depends on his smarmy officers advice. 3-He is presently working and focused on brokering, haven't his own financial products. So complete failure to get his target.

Dislikes

His marketing team is not working properly & faithfully, Management apply many short time experiment for gain more profits, overall long time results is also zero.

Work Details

Really interesting during the job in peerless developer's Ltd, meet with new challenges, and always touch upto 90% targets with teams. So always feel it satisfactory.
