Very worst i don't recommend at all they make us to shift on 7-8 process in a month no good culture

With in 2 -3 months they give silly reasons and they make to resign totally worst experience

Likes

As a former employee, I appreciate Peelworks' focus on diversity and inclusion. The Hum-Us cafe was a great place for networking and relaxation. The teams were cooperative, but there were occasional challenges with the communication process.

Dislikes

the communication process needs improvement.

Wednesdays are so fun, the employees bring their pets and it is so good to see and all enjoy.

Dislikes

Nothing as such, just a little more training for the work is required.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
