I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

This company is better for those people who are expert in buttering..... and there is not even a single thing to do like.

Dislikes

working environment was worst, no timing of lunch, no tea - coffee, no refreshment, only work pressure, long working hours. worst company i have even seen.
