1. Teammates: Very helpful and friendly culture among coworkers. 2. Training: Training programs are held for skill development. 3. Job Security: Moderate. There has been some change in recent times. 4. Career Growth: It is available to a selected few who are sitting in HO or share excellent rapport with the MD. 5. Salary/Appraisal: The worst in the industry. 6. Travel: To appease resentment among Sales Team regarding salary etc. every year the Annual Sales Meet is conducted in SEA tourist spots eg. Bangkok, Kualalampur, Bali, Macao etc. 7. Politics: Can't say. 8. Learning: Not too much. 9. Work Environment: Bad for aspiring young talents.
