Initially it was very exciting. Gradually I felt not going to the office regularly! I was suffocating and searching desperately for suitable change.

HR Policies are really good. Salary and other reimbursements are done mostly on time. They organize training programmes for the skill development of their employees. Jobs security is satisfactory. Career growth is very poor. Salary and other compensations are below the industry standards.

Dislikes

Company policies are very orthodox and conservative. If an employee is aggressive and career-minded he/she should never join this company. For people who seek laid-back life with low salary, this is one of the most ideal companies on earth.
