In last 3 years (2018~2020) work life is very irritating. Worst management policies, zero growth and working hours are around 10~12 hours approx.

Dislikes

Worst wirk environment. Salay hike is only a dream here.Only some people and regional satisfaction is management priority.If your father is in Police ,TI or in any Political Party so you can grow here.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
