Job is very much secured but no career growth, no appraisal, nothing innovative. But very much good for freshers to start with low salary.

some time hectic and boring, overall lengthy but easy one.

Likes

Engineer team never been under in any prodction head. Engineering always compared with labour class work. Even after 7 years no settlement money rcvd. Not for m even maximum people.

Dislikes

Very poor Management. Always comparing engineering team with labour class. With their salry and other kind of work. Treatment was we r in jail. Even after 7 years settlement money not rcvd. Very very very very bad management and thinking.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
