Work Details

In my one year in PC Jeweller as Showroom Manager was balanced. I gave 25% sale growth and 110% monthly instalment growth in last FY. But am not getting my incentives timely also there is no appraisal policy for staff.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
