But very poor management Hr are not good they do not release your salary on time if you put notice even FandF settlement is not proper. Toxic work culture and management is involved in making people to work in toxic nature.

Paz(doesn't)care ! Interns, please stay away. Don't join even if they offer you money you never imagined. You will ruin your career if you join pazcare. The work environment at pazcare is a breeding ground for toxicity, unprofessionalism and unethical practices with management leading the way. The southern regional manager for client retention sets a terrible example by resorting to cheap political maneuvers, putting hard work and fair play to shame. What's more concerning is the lack of knowledge in insurance and work ethics displayed by the entire management team. The absence of job security makes employees feel insecure as they fear being fired at any moment. It's an unforgiving atmosphere where one's survival depends on constant flattery and submission to one's manager.
