Nobody takes responsibility and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not good. no appraisal and no hike on salary.

There is a lot of things to dislike. Once u resigned you won't get experienced letter. No settlement would be done on time. You have to be keep asking them. Once you resigned no one would answer your mails or calls.
