The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Bad work environment and culture seniors are not supportive No body takes any responsibility and the management is not transparent.I was working on third party payroll .Initially at the time of interview Paytm Hr told me that after 6 months you will get on roll.Forget about 6 months I worked for 3.3 years in Paytm e commerce not a single peny was increases no apraisal for 3 years.Company policies are not good, appraisals are not done and they don't give any salary hike.So if anybody is planning to join Paytm be very careful if the hr says you will on third party payroll please don't accept because you will definetly regret it....Read More
