culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is quite transparent . We got two months salary after lock down started . Then in the end of the month of may they asked to resign . But there was one month notice period and we got salary for that .

There is no job security . The Company is very unstable .

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. There is life work balance .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
