Nothing much, earlier it used to be salary but now it’s very pale or dull since Corona

So called Flexible shifts. I’ve been doing night and graveyard shifts only from the day one. Management: Micro/Nano you can say.. No priorities or concerns against employees health. No change, doing same work for years but company claims to be change is what constant & drives PayPal. (No comments)

Talking about the drawbacks, I don't think there is anything. But some time its difficult to manage work-life balance but i think comparing to the benefits and pay-scale we have to do our justices to the job. Wherever we go we have to compromise with the job timing a bit. Also, to highlight extending is never asked by the management this is definitely the employee's choice. If you wanna get your job or task done quick you can extend. thats how i work here....Read More

The kind of work is decent. You will have the option to work on multiple technologies. so the learning is good. Depends on team though.

The management is pure boomer mindset. Plus they expect you to work weekends (this was told to me by manager lol). Comparisons, 0 professionalism while discussing issues. Things like, "I don't care why you're blocked, get it resolved", were pretty common. They pay 1/4th of a full time employee but say things like, you're working as a SDE 1, so show the skills</mark>. Doesn't recommend for the people who likes learning while working, because there is very low pace of learning, no recognisation for QA or SDET as they think quality is something which can be covered by developer or anyone else. They say they want full automation but most of time you will be just doing manual testing as you would not get time to do automation. Lot of reorg changes due to which you would end up working under multiple managers in a year, I worked under 3 managers in a year and due to this my appraisal were taken for granted. Pros- work life balance, good pay, average perks.
