Talking about the drawbacks, I don't think there is anything. But some time its difficult to manage work-life balance but i think comparing to the benefits and pay-scale we have to do our justices to the job. Wherever we go we have to compromise with the job timing a bit. Also, to highlight extending is never asked by the managementthis is definitely the employee's choice.
