Worst company... No professionalism.. You won't receive any type of Offer letter. I think, they don't have any idea about offer letter😆. Even the workers or employees have to run or hide from the company during the time of visit of employment exchange as there names are not in the employment register. You can take leave, you you will loss you pay. Moreover, payments are based on daily wages. You will receive salary by hand, in which there is no proof after leaving from there as you were an employee of pavizham. Another thing, they will deduct 3/4 of salary during the time of training. Training is comedy. Those who are looking for a career enhancement, please stay away from pavizham..It cannot consider as a company. It's just a rice mill. Rude management. Worst Company.Cannot consider it as a company. If anyone joins, the entire career will break.

No Offer Letter, No Salary Slip. Salary providing by hand. Even there is no any evidence, that we were worked there. Company consider employees as wage workers. Most benefited employees were treated or the company finds absence of any person leads to cause problem, then the company top officials see them personally and provide a small increment to them from their personal account and tell them, please don't tell to any one. This is the way the company save some employees for their benefits. Permanent employees receives half of the salary in bank ac and other half by hand. To become permanent, need to work for 3 to 4 years.🙄😂 No leaves, Even don't get any public holidays. Mismanagement is the real problem for the company....Read More
