1)No variable pay or other hidden deduction so i like hr CTC related function 2)HR team is working hard for employee well fare

1)If you are job less then only you should go for it 2)Old plants, Old system, Unskill middle management. 3)Less learning possibility 4)If you will resign job you have to work 3 months complete i.e you should complete notice period completely. 5)HR team is continuously working to refuce seperation rate but they working on wrong direction, they are making strict policy for seperation i.e. Three months whole notice period compulsory (This is not working). 6)Poor basic facility like canteen etc 7)Poor decision making capacity of management....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
