Best environment for work, People are friendly, supportive, understanding. One of best company i have worked ever. Awesome Manager level people. CEO Mr. Paul, Country Head Mr.Carl Haggas too good with their employees. HR department, Finance department people also supportive if you have in any issue rather than your technical work. This company is Heaven if you are working in Development or Testing department. :-) :-)...Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
