It was great working experience with people there and found but political environment.i was still new and not went through all angles to find more.but working environment and IT guys i found very interesting as they share knowledge exchange of ideas..etc...

Dislikes

Trainings were very few.job satisfaction different from one to other as IT guys need to sit at bench for sometime as they get frustrated during that time.appraisal system not making much difference.innovation was good since there were different groups and backgrounds of people and work life balances are fine too as most of IT companies does the same having flexible working hours and Patni does too.....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
