This is completely new experience for me & quite interesting. Earlier I was always in plant production. In this new role I got opportunity to learn and implement lean manufacturing in our plants in different locations. Thank to patil group.

This company's has no values for employee. The employes in the group are treated like donkeys. Have to work on Sunday's and Holidays. They scream like anything if we miss out anything.

All sugar coated promises. Full and final settlement money will not be given.. Promoters want robo kind of employees.. No guarantee of permanent employment though on paper it is permanent. Will remove employee with in a weeks notice.
