I like that pathways provides you all the resources and training to executed the planning for the students overall development. They gave CTC and have contractual culture. Job security is up to the person who works hard or not.

Work pressure is high due to unorganized planning. I have to work home and in school all the time which sometime make my life difficult to balance both roles. No rewards for working extra hours.
