All the managers and senior managers are selfish, once they get promoted or increment they will never give good feedback about their juniors to management , otherwise management is very nice. A tually they have fear about their job as they are at senior positions but they don't know how to work. Just because of the time span of job make them senior.

Without any pre notice Terminate staff I looked here a new culture. It is new Patel But some boy told me it happens because of only Rambabu and team. And before this management It Patel was very good culture and work environment.

People and Managers are generally chill. There's no yelling on your face.

Dislikes

They shifted the entire Head Office without consulting the employees. Employees were left to leave the company on the spot, or survive the inflated prices of a new city. There was also a mass purge recently. Many employees were laid off. At one point, an entire Department was told to not come from next day.
