It is an unprofessional company ..Once you have worked it it , the chances of acceptance of your in other companies is really very difficult . Professional companies done prefer the Patanjali people Don't want to work , I had left on my own , due to its unprofessional approach .

Promoters are handled by psychophant, clumsy , professionally unskilled/ unqualified and self centered people who have their own personal agendas. Department and organisation growth, hence, always takes back seat . You don't get full and final in an easy manner. Even if HR does it, you will be at the recueving end for one or more reasons

It's about PORI not PAL. HR policy sucks I worked for one year without even a department. People who work don't have time for politics but sad thing is your manager is always telling the chairman that you don't work at all to steal all your credit. And the buffoonery is that higher management entertain it as if it's the only thing that matters.
