They just fired us without giving a notice period. we are into technical department and it takes time for us to clear rounds in the next job but they just said that you are discontinued from Pataa Navigations. They didn't even give us FnF. My PL encashment also is left but they are not giving me. Salary also got deducted. they saidPL encashment won't affect much as it is approx 1200... but If you fired an employee every count of his/her benefits are important to him/her. They gave another chance to us to get hired in their known companies where the other companies didn't even have requirement... They just did the formality of they are placing us somewhere else. They even didn't give me the salary slip of a month when I got appraisal. They said it has so many calculations and refused to give....Read More
