1) Terrible politics & micromanagement 2) No proper appraisal even after remarkable performance 3) Rules & regulations changes as per management pleases any time without intimation 4) Terrible leaves and public holidays policy 5) Zero salary & health benefits, no PF 6) Gives salary slips as bills for services of so and so month, no employee status

The company is nothing but a complete scam. It is not a registered company. They do not give salaries. I left the organization as soon as I got to know that it is a terrible company to work with. It is going through a huge loss. If you are a female then they ask the employee to leave the organization because they fear that the female may want to conceive and take a break from work.
