Honestly there's nothing one would like working with them. As an employee, one would expect development both in terms of learning as well as role while working with any organisation, but out here you wouldn't find any of them knowing the meaning of it even

Work life balance, culture, the way they behave with employees, they way they treat their favourite set of employees who are good in licking shoes VS the employees who are good technically, unethical practices which are followed by the leaders and founder

No work life balance, fail to comply on commitments, pay less salary as per the Salary structure(have reasons like company not performing, covid, etc)

Work Details

6 days working with 9.5 hour shifts and your lunch times are recorded in a register, moreover you are not permitted to take leave even if you have the balance

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
