As far as the owners The so called professional Murugappa group, appointed one of the Top Leader from different industry back ground. Made huge promises for high profitability and high returns to the management. The work ethics were destroyed and mass removal of employees started in the name of restructuring for profit margin higherthan 12%. The company was doing good continuously more than 9% profits regularly from 2016, prior to that it was doing 10-11 %. The removal they had done with every employees was harrassed, put false allegations, and listening to wrong person for the feedbacks. The company was doing turn over of at least 8 cr every month, and now sales of 5 crores every month and they are struggling to meet the ends.
