There is nothing to like about Parle. I was in snacks division and it has 0 acceptance among customers specially Pune, Solapur and Kolhapur. They don't have Distributor and no one is ready to join then due to there unlimited conditions.

Dislikes

It's a school so much boundations and security from co. End. It feels like you are in boarding school.

Overall good company to work for but yes there is some people in the DSM-RSM position who is ruining the company well culture.

Work bifurcation is not in balanced way, if any employee who eager to work or learn they will get overloaded with the work and other people will just do back biting behind that person. Some employee who have choosen their path for success as "Chugalibaazi".
