Parle has a good brand image in market so the best thing is you don't have to be more conscious about the brand development.

Work culture sometimes I have worked for even 2am in night preparing data sheets.. .. and non flexible work culture and the management.. it's still works on punishing the employee for mistakes and praising employee for growth done..

Work Details

I was looking after a very critical teritorry. And I was getting the respect for that. But as there are 2 sides of a coin the system of punishing employee monetary terms is not a good management in today's world.. the employee turnover is way too high

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
