Very bad to work in this organisation, getting worsen day by day, most of the Managers are uneducated and not able to handle team. people who use to butter manager a_s will get benefits and they can stay decades without working

Leave Benifit is good. Double Overtime as per basic pay for extra working hours is very good. (Need minimum 04 hrs extra working to claim overtime)

Dislikes

No transportation facility available from company. Also no private or public transport directly available to the plant. You need to reside nearby or have own transportation. No work culture and no discipline to workers. Management not able to control workers. You need to adjust with surrounding.

No incentives, no systematic works, Cannot take samples from company. No Headoffice visits. No employee satisfaction in terms of perks and benefits. No vacation tour by the company not even once a year. No Gifts on festivals to the lower level employees.
