Good working systems. All workers know their work and are supportive. There is good canteen for permanent staff. No micromanagement.Company policies are good. They give good salary even you do not work hard.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and groups of managers. New commers are not treated as they should be. Salary is decent but career growth is poor.

In Parsons there is a certain style of working and you should not go beyond it. The top management doesn't bother for middle/upper management as they think that if they are being paid well, we can fire them.

Don't join Account receivable department... You will regret if you join You have to pressurised work on holidays also & you have to work more than 10 hours daily no personal time no family time.
