Only one good thing is salary on time. Gud for freshers (but it only for 1 to 2 years) but very bad for experienced.
Dislikes
Management, Hr department,Appraisal, skill development, promotions etc are very very poor. Har do dusre-tisre din koi na resignation deta h infact bite 2 years me 10+ year and 15+ wale employee chhod kar chale gaye. Injustice if ur boss is powerful then kuch bhi karo ap bach jaoge. Officer ko mobile allowed nahi n executive and sr. Executive level people apke samne beth kar pure din reels and movie dekhenge. Even my boss also resign from this company after 17yrs bcoz of poltics. FNF ke liye bahut pareshan hona padta h.
