Honestly, there's nothing you would like working there.

from top to bottom, every authority working here is a fraud or has a negative aura. HR does not know a thing about managing employees. all they are good at is following the instructions received from the company-hired thugs or goons. One of the goons is so illiterate that whenever he opens his mouth to say something, he just says...you know what I mean... Coincidentally the spineless man who is also the highest authority in the company has no guts to stop him or to say him anything<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. A lot of team members across the company & departments have taken a decision to leave the company due to this attitude, but there's hardly anyone you will find helping you</mark>. This goon wanted to be part of every discussion or meeting happening in the company but not in his own department. Similarly, there's another leader who is trying very hard to be one of the liked leaders by the founder and he also keeps the same attitude. Though he, unfortunately, heads the team with the highest number of employees, you will find him most interested in maintaining the secret relationship with his official HRBP. Most of the time you will find both of them sitting in some cornered room pretending to discuss the national agenda thinking that the world outside the meeting room is full of blind & dumb people.. but as it is said that everything is fair that you do for reaching success door, I guess our HRBP has taken this statement very seriously, so It's fine as it is their choice. You will also find a lot of people leaving the company every month (including HR - who are supposed to build & manage the teams). Be cautious before you get into the thought of joining this company.
